Similarly as during the purchases check of easyCAQ the documentation of the examination of supplies in the goods despatched offers the possibility an evaluation of the supplies at customers to make later.Due to the inspection expenditure in the dispatch the test activities become almost redundant by the misalignment of the examination into production. With safety-related parts or Kanban parts however on the part of the customers outgoing goods inspections are required, in order to avoid production stop at the assembly-line.
With the software module outgoing goods inspection of easyCAQ test activities can be specified for the products which can be examined. These test characteristics are documented in the software and to serve later than basis for the self-evaluation with ABC classification.
